Firm teeth immediately?
What has seemed to be an utopia in recent years can now be put into practise, even then if no adjacent teeth are available to support the provisional arrangement and a considerable amount of time for the build-up of the jaw has passed (see X-ray).
We then use so called auxillary implants which are able to support a firm provisional denture within some minutes or hours depending on the individual situation. We know that by the mechanical support of the auxillary implants not only the wounds caused by the extraction will mend in a better way but also the acceptance definite implants will improved.
The special attraction of this procedure is that there is no time pressure to keep the definite supply. Through this, the biological processes of wound healing and the bone regeneration can have the time they need.
